One of the most valuable lessons that I have learned in life is that no one has control over me, but me. When we complain about how someone did something to us, we have to think about what we allowed that person to do. We can’t blame anyone else for how we feel when a situation arises. Take responsibility for your part and do not give away your power to anyone.
